What does this mean to me?
Well, it means I get to keep working on this site. I built this site to help moms find people who are producing helpful materials that focus on the areas of homemaking, home schooling, and home business. I enjoy sharing this information and I do hope it helps. The affiliate links for products you find on this site are what helps it to “earn its keep”.
What does that mean to you as a reader/ consumer?
Nothing really. The links provided will bring you directly to the site of the owner of the product you are buying. You will be buying the product from them, just through a link that will track the sale to my site. This means you’ll get the exact same product, service, and price as if you had gone directly to their site.
You can rest assured and know that the only product or services I will ever promote will be those that I have used / experienced and found to be of utmost quality. I will never recommend that you purchase something that I would not purchase.
In very rare circumstances I may recommend a product that I have not used but whose author I trust. This will only happen in cases where the information isn’t relevant to me at this point in my life, e.g.-writing transcripts for college- we’re just not there yet, so I can’t spend money on something I don’t need. I will only mention those types of products to you if I have a great deal of confidence that you will be getting more than your money’s worth, based on what I do know about other products from and/or experience with the same author.
If you do “hear” about a product or publisher/ writer on this site, and decide to make a purchase, I would be grateful if you would go ahead and use the links provided here. Not only does it generate a small income, but it gives me an idea of how well I’m meeting your needs. If a reader goes directly to the publisher to buy a product, I will never know that the introduction to that product was useful. When purchases are made through my links I can see what you are interested in and what things you are finding to be helpful.
